September 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian hotel operator Sts. Konstantin i Elena Holding [BUL:SKEH] said on Monday that the capital of its subsidiary Aqua Area was increased by 307,000 levs ($159,984/156,966 euro) to 312,000 levs.
Sts. Konstantin i Elena and its subsidiary Azalia І SLC contributed 153,500 levs each to the capital of Aqua Area, the hotel operator said in a press release.
Following the transaction, Aqua Area's equity capital is divided into 3,120 shares with a par value of 100 levs each equally distributed between Sts. Konstantin i Elena and Azalia I SLC.
Aqua Area is registered as a hotel and restaurant operator. The company also has investment activities.
