November 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Kazanlak municipality said on Monday that it has opened a 2.5 million levs ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro) tender for supply of seven electric buses for the needs of the city's public transport system.
The contract also envisages supply of four charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as provision of all necessary training, Kazanlak municipality said in a tender notice.

The contract will be partially financed by EU funds under Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020.
The deadline for submitting offers is January 4.
Offers will be ranked based on price, which carries 50% weight in the final mark, warranty period, energy efficiency and technical characteristics of the offered vehicles.
