August 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian rubber products manufacturer Kauchuk [BUL:4KU] said that its shareholders have approved its proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 7.14 levs ($4.31/3.65 euro) per share for 2019.
Kauchuk will distribute a total of 6.7 million levs as dividend, coming from both its profit for 2019 and part of its accumulated profit from previous years, the minutes from the company's shareholders meeting, published after trading hours on Thursday, showed.
As at 14:35 CET on Friday, Kauchuk shares traded 20.85% higher at 51 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The company's net profit grew to 6.7 million levs in 2019 from 4.5 million levs in 2018.
