SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 18 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Karnobat municipality plans to hold a tender for a water cycle project with an indicative cost of 25.3 million levs ($17.3 million/12.9 million euro), a notice in the EU's procurement journal indicated on Monday.
The project includes the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and upgrades of water supply and sewage mains, Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) said in a prior information notice.
Project financing will be provided from the EU-funded operational programme Environment.
The Karnobat municipality is located in southeastern Bulgaria.
