SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's trade deficit expanded to 833.2 million levs ($525.5 million/426.0 million euro) in January compared to 479.4 million levs in the same month of last year, preliminary data from the country’s statistical office, NSI, showed on Tuesday.
Bulgaria's exports rose by an annual 12.3% to 4.2 billion levs in January, NSI said in a statement.
Imports grew 19.3% year-on-year to 5.0 billion levs in the first month of 2017.
