September 21 (SeeNews) - New light commercial vehicles' registrations in Bulgaria rose by 18.5% year-on-year to 3,579 in the first eight months of 2017, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Thursday.
In August, alone, new light commercial vehicles registrations in Bulgaria increased by 57.4% on the year to 535 vehicles, marking the largest increase in EU for the month, ACEA said in a press release, citing provisional figures.

Data on registrations of medium and heavy commercial vehicles, buses and coaches in Bulgaria was not available.
New light commercial vehicles' registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, were up by 4.3% on the year to 1.29 million in the January-August period, ACEA said. In August alone, new light commercial vehicles registrations in the EU rose by 0.1% to 123,568.
