May 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment brokerage services company Intercapital Group [BSE:ICG] said that it is proposing to distribute a gross dividend of 0.57 levs ($0.32/0.29 euro) per share for 2022.
The company plans to distribute a total of 2.2 million levs in dividend, of which 802,773 levs will be allotted from its net profit reported for 2022, with the remainder to come from undistributed profit, Intercapital Group said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Intercapital Group's remaining earnings for last year, or 385,000 levs, will be allocated to its reserve fund.
The proposal will be voted upon at a general meeting of shareholders on June 29.
The company did not distribute a dividend for 2021, according to previously disclosed data.
Shares in Intercapital Group last traded at 1.01 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
