November 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment company Infinity Capital said it signed a contract with its subsidiary, Gurmazovo Hills, to absorb it.
The company requested the deal's entry into the commercial register on November 19, Infinity Capital said in a statement on Friday.
Infinity Capital announced the start of the procedure for its absorption of Gurmazovo Hills early in November.
At the end of October, Infinity Capital said that it signed the final contract for the acquisition of 100% interest in Gurmazovo Hills from local company GD Capital Management.
Gurmazovo Hills owns the Aristocrat Hills residential project near Sofia, which envisages the construction of 13 luxury houses.
Infinity Capital, set up in December 2019, is majority-owned by GD Capital Management, property of private individual Georgi Dimitrov, according to the commercial register data.
