October 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate management company Neo London Capital [BUL:178B] said that Sofia-based Industry Development Holding had increased its stake in the company by acquiring 3,800 shares on September 30.
The 3,800 shares are equal to a 3.8% stake in Neo London Capital.

Industry Development Holding acquired the shares for some 322,000 levs ($181,000/165,000 euro) in total, or 84.717 levs per share, Neo London Capital said in a statement earlier this week.
Neo London Capital shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 30, when they closed at a price of 140 levs.
In December 2016, Neo London Capital successfully closed an initial public offering (IPO) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), as 99,450 shares with a nominal value of 100 levs each were subscribed for.
