November 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian state-owned National Company Industrial Zones said that it will cancel a tender for three framework deals worth a total of 70 million levs ($40.8 million/35.8 million euro) for construction works in industrial parks run by the company.
Industrial Zones decided on Monday to end the public procurement procedure because, in the initial tender documents, it has failed to specify what types of waste water treatment plants need to be built, the company said in a notice.
As a result, various offers which can not be compared for evaluation were submitted.
National Company Industrial Zones operates four fully functioning zones – Free Zones Ruse, Vidin and Svilengrad and Transit Trade Zone – Varna and is currently developing five additional industrial sites – in Bozhurishte, Burgas, Karlovo, Telish and Varna.
