SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's industrial producer price index (PPI) increased by 24.1% year-on-year in October, after rising by 20% in September, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Tuesday.

The annual increase in the PPI index was mainly supported by a 47% rise in the utility sub-indicator, the NSI said in a statement.

On a monthly comparison basis, industrial producer prices in Bulgaria went up by 3.8% in October, after increasing by 2.4% in September.

The industrial PPI on the domestic market went up by an annual 25.2% and added 4.5% on a monthly comparison basis. The industrial PPI on the non-domestic market rose 22.4% on the year and increased by 2.6% month-on-month.
