May 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:HIKA] said it intends to distribute a dividend of 0.0947 levs per share for last year, higher than the dividend payout of 0.0735 levs per share for 2020.
The company will distribute as dividend some 1.49 million levs ($801,150/761,800 euro), or 79% of its net profit for last year, it said in a stock exchange filing last week.
The balance of around 370,000 levs will be kept as undistributed profit. Shareholders in the company will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 23.
Industrial Capital Holding's standalone profit grew to 1.86 million levs last year from 1.56 million levs in 2020, the company said in March.
In its most recent trading session on Thursday, the company's stock closed 6.49% higher at 3.28 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, resulting in market capitalisation of about 52 million levs.
