September 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:4I8] said on Tuesday that it has increased its capital by 157,074 levs ($87,810/80,310 euro) to some 15.86 million levs through a new share issue.
Investors subscribed for the shares at a price of 1 lev each, Industrial Capital Holding said in a bourse filing.
Only members of the holding company's board of directors and current employees had the right to subscribe for shares from the new issue.
As at 11:45 CET on Tuesday, Industrial Capital Holding shares traded 4.17% lower at 2.30 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Industrial Capital Holding owns stakes in ten local companies and consolidates the results of five of them - machinery manufacturer Siloma, supporting components maker Rubolt, cables producer Emka [BUL:57E], hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH] and abrasive tools producer ZAI.
