October 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian alternative investment fund ImVenture II KDA's capital increase was entered into the register of public companies on October 18, ImPulse I [BUL:IMP], a related company participating in the increase, said.
ImPulse I subscribed and paid for 28,045 shares of 100 levs in par value each for a total issue price of 4.45 million levs, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
ImVenture II's registered capital now totals 6.38 million levs ($3.78 million/3.26 million euro) divided into 63,795 shares, up from 2.53 million levs before the increase, commercial register data showed.
ImPulse I and ImVenture II are both owned by Impetus Capital.
ImVenture II's main line of business is investment in small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) and enterprises with medium capitalisation, both Bulgarian-registered and companies connected with Bulgaria, according to the the filing.
As at 10:15 CET on Tuesday, shares in ImPulse I AD traded flat at 1.245 levs on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
