January 2 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] said on Thursday that it has repurchased 339,442 own shares in December at a weighted average price per share of 1.006 levs ($0.57/0.51 euro).
IHB repurchased a total of 3,185,838 own shares, or 2.966% of its capital, throughout 2019 at a weighted average price per share of 1.012 levs, the company said in a bourse filing.
At the end of December, IHB held 6,648,022 own shares.
The company's capital is divided into 107.4 million shares.
IHB's five-year share buyback programme, adopted last year, envisages the repurchase of own shares at a price of between 0.70 levs and 1.20 levs apiece.
IHB shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.02 levs.
