February 1 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] said on Friday that it has repurchased 418,030 own shares in January at a weighted average price per share of 1.022 levs ($0.59/0.52 euro).
At the end of January, IHB held 3,880,214 own shares, the company said in a bourse filing.
The 3,880,214 shares are equal to a 3.61% stake in the company, according to Bulgarian Stock Exchange data.
IHB's five-year share buyback programme, adopted last year, envisages the repurchase of own shares at a price of between 0.70 levs and 1.20 levs apiece.
As at 12:30 CET on Friday, IHB shares traded 0.96% higher at 1.05 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
