June 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial services company HypoCredit on June 30 will redeem early its 3.87 million euro ($4.15 million) bond issue [BUL:9RTE] due on December 30, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Thursday.
The final principal payment will amount to some 80,228 levs ($43,961/41,020 euro), the bourse operator said in a notice.
The bond will be delisted from the Sofia bourse on June 26, the BSE said in a separate statement.
The company placed the issue in July 2008. The bonds carry an annual coupon of 1.90%.
HypoCredit has another outstanding bond issue [BUL:9RTD] worth some 3.74 million euro, which will mature on December 30. Last month, the company said that its bondholders rejected a proposal to extend the bond's term to maturity by three years.
