August 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial services company HypoCredit [BUL:9RTD] said that on Thursday it repurchased 170 bonds from its 6.3 million euro ($7.3 million) bond issue, due in 2021.
HypoCredit intends to cancel the bonds it has repurchased, the company said in a statement.
The bonds, issued in 2008, carry an annual coupon of 3.9% with payments due once a year.
The issue consists of 10,000 bonds with a nominal value of 630 euro each.
