December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial services company HypoCredit [BUL:9RTE] said that on Tuesday it repurchased 100 own bonds from its 3.744 million euro ($4.15 million) issue, due in June 2020.
HypoCredit did not provide further details in its statement.
The bonds, issued in 2008, carry an annual coupon of 2.9% with payments due once a year.
The issue consists of 6,000 bonds with a nominal value of 624 euro each.
