Bulgaria's HypoCredit cancels 2.14 mln euro worth of own bonds

SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial services company HypoCredit [BUL:9RTE] said that it has cancelled 3,395 own bonds with a total nominal value of 2.14 million euro ($2.41 million), which it had repurchased previously.

As a result, the nominal value of the company's bond issue, due in 2021, now remains at 4.16 million euro, HypoCredit said in a bourse filing on Friday.

The bonds, issued in 2008, carry an annual coupon of 3.90% with payments due once per year.
