July 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] said it bought shares in local hotel operator Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding [BUL:3NJ] at a weighted average price of 10.74 levs ($6.4/5.5 euro) apiece on July 5, and sold part of them at 14.56 levs apiece later that day.
Holding Varna first bought 65,400 Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding shares, representing a 2.83% stake in the company, and later sold 48,300 of those shares, the holding company said in a bourse filing.

The transactions took place outside the regulated market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The counterparties to both deals were not disclosed.
Prior to those transactions, shares of Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding closed at 22.4 levs on the regulated market of the Sofia bourse on July 4.
Holding Varna’s portfolio includes companies in the tourism, media, real estate, and financial sectors.
