November 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] has acquired 55,500 shares in local hotel operator Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding [BUL:3NJ] at a price of 13.390 levs ($7.55/6.85 euro) apiece, the latter said on Tuesday.
Holding Varna bought the shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on November 8, the hotel operator said in a bourse filing.

The shares involved in the transaction represent a stake of 2.40% in the capital of Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding.
Holding Varna held a stake of 52% in Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding at the end of the first half of 2019, according to the company's interim financial statement published at the end of August.
Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Мonday, when they closed unchanged at 21.60 levs.
