April 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian hotel operator Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding [BUL:3NJ] said on Wednesday that its parent company, diversified conglomerate Holding Varna [BUL:5V2], has bought 52,000 shares in the company at a price of 11.05 levs ($6.88/5.65 euro) apiece.
The transaction went through on April 24 outside the Bulgarian Stock Exchange regulated market, the hotel operator said in a bourse filing without providing further details.

The number of shares is equal to a 2.25% stake in Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena, according to bourse data.
Holding Varna held a 52% stake in Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena at end-2017.
Holding Varna’s portfolio includes companies in the tourism, media, real estate, and financial sectors.
