December 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Holding Sveta Sofia [BUL:4HS] said on Wednesday that it has raised 18 million levs ($10.4 million/9.2 million euro) in a capital increase.
Holding Sveta Sofia increased its capital to 9.94 million levs from 4.94 million levs through the issuance of 4,999,838 new shares, the company said in a statement.
In its capital increase prospectus, the company said it will use the funds raised in the process to increase the stakes it holds in subsidiaries and affiliate companies, as well as to finance debt acquisition.
Last month, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange transferred the company's shares to its main market from the BaSE Alternative Market.
