July 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian machine engineering company Hydraulic Elements and Systems [BUL:HES] said that its non-consolidated net profit grew to 7.1 million levs ($3.7 million/3.6 million euro) in the first half of 2022.
The company's total revenue in the same period rose by an annual 45.2%, HES said in an interim financial statement on Tuesday.
Lsat year, the company booked first-half standalone net profit of some 4.9 million levs on revenue of 35.3 million levs, according to financial results announced at the time.
In June 2022 alone, the hydraulic systems manufacturer generated a standalone net profit of 1.92 million levs on sales revenue of 9.95 million levs, it added.
Yambol-based HES is part of local industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH].
As at 1236 CEST on Wednesday, shares in HES traded flat at 6.60 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The company's stock has risen in value by 19% over the past 12 months, bourse data shows.
