March 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian machine engineering company Hydraulic Elements and Systems (HES) [BUL:4HE] said on Friday that its sales revenue rose by an annual 14.17% to 5.87 million levs ($3.4 million/3.0 million euro) in February, slightly exceeding its forecast for sales of 5.80 million levs in the second month of the year.
The company recorded a preliminary gross profit of 609,000 levs in February, HES said in a bourse filing.
HES expects to grow its January-March sales by 12.54% to 18.66 million levs, as the machine engineering company sees its March sales at 6.20 million levs.
As at 13:00 CET on Friday, HES shares traded 0.99% lower at 5.0 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
HES is part of blue-chip industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
