SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian bottle cap manufacturer Herti AD [BUL:HTV] said on Friday that it will acquire full control over Romanian unit Herti Group International SRL by buying the 51% stake it does not already own.

Herti AD has decided to acquire 51 shares in its unit from its partner Janina Belinoff, a Romanian citizen, the company said in a bourse filing.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 1993, Herti produces over 1 billion bottle caps per year.

Shares in Herti last traded at 2.48 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed.
