November 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian bottle cap manufacturer Herti [BUL:HTV] said that it is seeking a 1.1 million euro ($1.2 million) loan from local lender UniCredit Bulbank to finance the purchase of new machinery and equipment.
Herti has also decided to extend the term of its overdraft credit line agreement with Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria to 2023, the company said in a statement earlier this week.
The company's consolidated net profit rose to 617,000 levs in the first nine months of 2019 from 561,000 levs in the same period of 2018, as its operating revenue increased to 34.6 million levs from 31.4 million levs.
Established in 1993, Herti produces over 1 billion bottle caps per year.
