Bulgaria's gross foreign debt totalled 41.4 billion euro ($46.7 billion) at the end of October, up 5.3% on an annual comparison basis, the central bank said on Wednesday.
The gross foreign debt at the end of October was equivalent to 63% of the forecast gross domestic product (GDP) in 2021, the Bulgarian National Bank said in a statement.
