July 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's gross foreign debt edged up by an annual 0.2% to 33.8 billion euro ($37.6 billion) at the end of May, the central bank said on Monday.
The gross foreign debt at the end of the fifth month of the year was equivalent to 57.1% of the projected 2019 gross domestic product (GDP), the Bulgarian National Bank said in a statement.
At the end of May, Bulgaria's external debt was 0.4% lower compared to a month earlier.
