December 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GRX] said on Wednesday that it will open three new production centres in 2019 following an investment of 9.7 million levs ($5.7 million/5.0 million euro), after it opened two production facilities this year.
Two of the centres will be located in the city of Ruse, while the third will be in Stara Zagora, Gradus said in a bourse filing.
Gradus is planing to distribute a dividend of 0.10 levs per share for 2018, the company said. In addition, the company intends to make use of recent legal changes which allowed distribution of interim dividends, and pay dividend for the first six months of 2019.
As at 14:15 CET on Wednesday Gradus shares traded 1.19% lower at 1.655 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
In June, Gradus raised 81.4 million levs in a two-day initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE, making it the biggest IPO on the exchange since 2007. Investors subscribed for 45.2 million Gradus shares, or 81% of the total number of offered shares, at a price of 1.8 levs apiece.
The company's shares started trading on the Sofia bourse on August 6.
