June 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said on Tuesday that it will receive a dividend of 1 million levs ($572,000/511,000 euro) from its wholly-owned unit Millennium 2000.
The 1 million levs represent part of Millennium 2000's profit in 2018, Gradus said in a bourse filing.

As at 12:15 CET on Tuesday, Gradus shares traded 0.27% higher at 1.825 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Earlier this month, Gradus said that it will get some 4.5 million levs in dividends for 2018 from its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhyuliv and majority-owned unit Gradus-98. Zhyuliv will distribute a dividend of 2 million levs, while Gradus-98 will pay 2.5 million levs, of which 2,498,350 million levs to Gradus.
Last year, Gradus received a total of 27.2 million levs in dividends from its subsidiaries.
Gradus closed 2018 with a consolidated net profit after minority interest of 14.5 million levs, sharply up from 3.4 million levs in 2017. The company consolidates the results of six units - Gradus-1, Gradus-3, Gradus-98, Lora-2004, Millennium 2000, and Zhyuliv.
