May 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said on Tuesday that it will receive a total of 3 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) in dividend payouts for 2022 from three of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Gradus-1, Lora-2004 and Millennium 2000 will each distribute 1 million levs to the parent company in dividends for last year, Gradus said in separate stock exchange filings.

As of the end of March, Gradus had six wholly-owned subsidiaries - Gradus-1, Lora-2004, Millennium 2000, Zhyuliv, Gold Farm 91 and Gradus Logistics, along with two majority-owned units - Gradus-3 and Gradus-98.
In February, Gradus said that it would receive a dividend of nearly 2 million levs from Gradus-98 for 2021.
As of 1605 CET on Tuesday, shares in Gradus traded flat at 1.50 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
