SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said on Friday its shareholders approved the management's proposal to distribute an interim gross dividend of 0.026 levs ($0.012/0.010 euro) per share for the first half of 2021.
Gradus will pay out over 6.3 million levs as dividend for the first six months of this year, the company said in a stock exchange filing after a general shareholders meeting.
Last year, Gradus' shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.022 levs per share for the first half of 2020.
Gradus recorded a standalone net profit of 6.9 million levs in the first half of 2021, up from 5.8 million levs in the like period of 2020.
As at 14:15 CET on Friday, shares in Gradus traded 2.84% lower at 1.37 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
