August 6 (SeeNews) - Shares of Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, gaining 2.22% at the beginning of the session, bourse data shows.
As at 9:10 CET on Monday, Gradus shares traded 2.22% higher at 1.84 levs ($1.09/0.94 euro), according to BSE data.
A total of 374,891 Gradus shares have changed hands by that hour in 35 transactions at a weighted average price of 1.8268 levs per share.
In June, Gradus raised 81.4 million levs in a two-day initial public offering (IPO) on the Sofia bourse. Investors subscribed for 45.2 million Gradus shares, or 81% of the total number of offered shares, at a price of 1.8 levs apiece, making it the biggest IPO on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange since 2007.
The company's capital is divided into 243,608,710 shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
