June 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said on Monday that its shareholders have approved the management's proposal for a gross dividend distribution of 0.10 levs ($0.057/0.051 euro) per share for 2018.
Gradus will distribute a total of 24.36 million levs as dividend for last year, it said in a bourse filing.
The company posted a net profit of 26.7 million levs in 2018.
Gradus' shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, when they closed 1.40% lower at 1.76 levs.
In June 2018, Gradus raised 81.4 million levs in a two-day initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE, making it the biggest IPO on the exchange since 2007. Investors subscribed for 45.2 million Gradus' shares, or 81% of the total offer, at a price of 1.8 levs apiece.
The company's shares started trading on the Sofia bourse on August 6, 2018.
