January 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's government is developing a programme for investment in infrastructure works in the next four years worth an estimated 12 billion levs ($6.9 billion/6.1 billion euro), finance minister Assen Vassilev said.
The investment programme envisages the construction of four or five bridges to Romania over the Danube, three road tunnels under Stara Planina, the mountain range dividing Bulgaria's northern and southern parts, and the completion of construction works on the Struma and Cherno More motorways, Vassilev said in a video file published on the website of local business news outlet Dnevnik.bg on Tuesday.
