December 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 4.6% on an annual comparison basis in the third quarter of 2021 after a 9.9% increase in the second quarter, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Tuesday, citing preliminary seasonally adjusted data.
On a quarterly comparison basis, Bulgaria's GDP went up 0.6% in the July-September period, following an increase by the same percentage in the three months to end-June, the NSI said in a statement.
Bulgaria's GDP totalled 36.1 billion levs ($20.9 billion/18.5 billion euro) at current prices in the third quarter of 2021.
