March 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's deliveries of natural gas to the domestic market amounted to 368 million cu m in December 2021, down 4.2% year-on-year but 30% higher on a monthly comparison basis, the statistical office said.
The country's own output of natural gas totalled 2 million cu m in December, compared with 4 million cu m in the same month of 2020 and 2 million cu m in November 2021, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said in a statement on Tuesday.
Electricity production went up by 28.9% year-on-year in December, reaching 5,013 GWh, whereas oil products output decreased to 346,000 tonnes from 379,000 tonnes in the same month of 2020.
Electricity deliveries edged up 0.2% on an annual comparison basis in December, to 3,384 GWh, while deliveries of oil products rose to 353,000 tonnes, from 294,000 tonnes a year earlier.
