April 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Galabovo municipality said on Thursday it has signed a 1.14 million levs ($632,400/582,900 euro) deal with a local tie-up for the construction of a sorting installation for household waste.
The deal was inked on February 28, the municipality said in a notice.
According to registry agency data, the awarded tie-up includes construction companies BKS-Gorna Orhyahovitsa and Fintrade Engineering, each with 50%.
Under the terms of the deal, the contractor will be responsible for the delivery of materials and equipment needed for carrying out the works.
The installation is expected to sort 10,000 tonnes of waste per year, the notice reads.
The municipality has received two offers in the public procurement procedure for the contract. Technical criteria carried 60% in the overall ranking of the offers.
