December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has entered into the register of public companies a subsequent issue of 7,199,996 shares in Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:6SB], allowing the company to seek its listing on the Sofia bourse.
Super Borovets Property Fund REIT increased its capital to some 23.38 million levs ($13.3 million/12 million euro) from 16.18 million levs via the new issue, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
The company raised some 16 million levs through the share issue.
Super Borovets Property Fund REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, when they closed at 2.50 levs.
