January 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has entered a subsequent issue of 1,149,999 shares in local Premier Fund REIT into the register of public companies, allowing the REIT to seek its listing on the Sofia bourse.
Premier Fund REIT increased its capital to 1,799,999 levs ($1 million/920,000 euro) from 650,000 levs through the issue, the regulator said in a statement on Thursday.
The company raised some 12.1 million levs by placing the shares at a price of 10.5 levs apiece.
Earlier this week, Premier Fund REIT said that local investment firm Neo London Capital [BUL:178B] has acquired a 63.89% stake in the company, equal to 1,149,999 shares.
Premier Fund REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 2.8 levs apiece.
