April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has entered a subsequent issue of 1,208,911 shares in local NID Industrial Fund [BUL:5I5] into the register of public companies, allowing the company to seek its listing on the Sofia bourse.
NID Industrial Fund increased its capital to 2 million levs via the issue, the regulator said in a statement.
The company raised some 1.23 million levs ($715,000/629,000 euro) through the capital increase as it placed the shares at a price of 1.02 levs apice.
NID Industrial Fund shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 0.50 levs.
