December 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has entered a subsequent issue of 379,999 shares in local Capital Management REIT [BUL:5CQ] into the register of public companies, allowing the REIT to seek its listing on the Sofia bourse.
The company increased its capital to 1,758,296 levs from 1,378,297 levs through the new issue, the financial regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
Capital Management REIT raised 22.23 million levs ($12.6 million/11.4 million euro) through the capital increase.
The company's shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 63 levs.
