April 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has delisted a 5 million euro ($5.4 million) bond issued by local Bulgarian-American Credit Bank [BUL:5BN] from the register of publicly-traded instruments, as the issue has matured.
The issue comprises 5,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the regulator said in its decision, published on Tuesday.
The 5-year bond was issued in September 2019.
