June 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has asked local Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:6SB] to provide further information and documents regarding its request for approval of a capital increase prospectus.
The regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Tuesday.
This is the second time the regulator has asked Super Borovets Property Fund for more information and documents concerning the prospectus, after it also did so in May.
In April, Super Borovets Property Fund REIT said that it will seek to raise up to 16 million levs ($9.2 million/8.2 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
The real estate investment trust intends to offer 7.2 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each at a price of 2.22 levs apiece, it said at the time.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 2.4 million shares are subscribed for.
Super Borovets Property Fund REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 2.30 levs.
