July 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] said on Thursday that the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has approved the company's capital increase prospectus.
Sopharma Properties REIT will seek to raise up to 3 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) by offering 462,000 shares for subscription at a price of 6.5 levs apiece, the company said in a bourse filing.
As at 14:15 CET on Thursday, Sopharma Properties REIT shares traded 0.77% lower at 6.45 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The capital hike will be considered successful if at least 231,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
The company's capital currently amounts to 20.95 million levs, divided into the same number of shares.
Last year, Sopharma Properties increased its capital to 20.95 million levs from 20.1 million levs through the issuance of 849,979 shares at a subscription price of 6.5 levs apiece.
