September 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has approved the prospectus of local Phoenix Capital Holding [BUL:0PH] for listing an eight-year 9 million euro ($9.9 million) bond issue on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The bonds, due in October 2026, carry an annual coupon of 7% with interest payments due each six months, the financial regulator said in a statement last week.
The issue comprises 9,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each.
