August 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has approved a second supplement to the capital increase prospectus of local IoT products developer Allterco's [BUL:A4L].
The regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Thursday.
Earlier this month, Allterco said that it has submitted the second supplement to its prospectus in order to include information regarding an out-of-court claim against the company from Norway's LINK Mobility Group. In July 2019, Allterco completed the sale of five of its telecommunications subsidiaries to LINK Mobility Group for 7.9 million euro ($9.3 million).
The first supplement to the company's prospectus, approved in June, provided information regarding the company's financial performance since the prospectus was initially approved in February.
Allterco's prospectus envisages the issuance of 3 million shares at a price of 3 levs each.
As at 15:15 CET on Friday, Allterco shares traded at 3.72 levs, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
