August 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said that it has delisted Sofia-based B.L. Leasing [BUL:9FBE] from the register of public companies.
The regulator also delisted from its register B.L. Leasing's 3 million euro ($3.4 million) bond issue which matured last month, the Financial Supervision Commission said on Thursday.
The five-year bond issue was delisted from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on July 10 and matured on July 18.
The issue consists of 3,000 bonds with a nominal value of 100 euro each. The bonds carry a coupon of 3-month EURIBOR plus 6%.
